Choose Your Matahuru Valley Walk Experience
Here at Matahuru Valley Walk we have two options to choose from, our One Night Experience or our Two Night Retreat.
Groups of 3 or more: If you are booking for 3 or more people, you can choose any available date on our booking calendar that suits you and your group.
Groups of 1–2 people: If you are booking for 1 or 2 people, please select our Small Group option. This option allows you to join a group that has already booked a particular date and has space available.
Because the Small Group option relies on existing bookings with available space, only a limited number of dates are available.

Two Night Retreat:
The perfect getaway for ‘active relaxers’ – unwind in a beautiful natural setting with scenic walks, delicious food and peaceful surroundings. Unlike other private walks, we allow you to design your own itinerary, ensuring your adventure is exactly how you want it.

Non-Walkers Welcome: Not up for the walk? No problem! While the rest of your group enjoy the walks, you can take advantage of the peaceful environment at Tui Ridge. Relax, read, take in the tranquil surroundings, or simply unwind in the comfort of the accommodation. It's your time to relax and enjoy, without the pressure of keeping up with the other walkers.

Planning a group trip? We’ve got you covered! When you book for 8 or more people, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of our accommodation. This means a more private and tailored experience, perfect for family gatherings, friends, or team-building getaways.
Flexible Booking:
We know organizing a group can take time, so we’re happy to hold your dates for 7 days while you finalize the details and organize your walkers. This way, you can lock in your preferred dates without the rush!
